Evan Wittke spent the last three semesters helping find a cure for cancer.  

Not bad for a sophomore!

As a Research Rookie, Evan works side-by-side with Professor Barrie Bodie in his lab. It's a research opportunity of a lifetime.

Together, the duo is studying how cancer cells metabolize. Their research has the potential to help provide a better tomorrow for millions of people and will undoubtedly provide a better tomorrow for Evan and hardworking NIU students like him.
